Carina Nebula and its neighbours
This is three nights of 3 minute exposures(approx. 21 hours) taken with a GSO F4 6inch Newtonian scope and a Touptek 2600c Camera and a Antlia Duo Narrowband filter.

Another Jewel in the Southern Sky and especially from Dec onwards for a few months whilst the Milky way is low this makes a great target. The Tarantula is the biggest target here but with different focal lengths there are many targets in this region. This region is suitable for all focal lengths from 135mm right up to getting in close with an SCT at 2000mm.
NGC 2070 is approx. 160,000 light years away and is a massive region within the Large Maggelanic Cloud and dwarf irregular shaped galaxy.
